Returns & Exchanges

At Amy Fashion, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Amy Fashion account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
